Anyways
Since last sunday, we changed location. Again.
But not before a night life! A german pediatrician arrived late sunday eveing and was suprised to see us. After we were fed with spaghetti and chocolate cake she asked for a small favour and out came our tool box. We fixed the Billimeter( for measuring infant blood) around 9 pm. In my time scale ancient but always reliable. Good fun!
We arrived in Techiman for lunch on Monday and started exploring the hospital shortly after fries and red fish. The place is huge and spreads out like butter. They even have their own farming grounds, a football field and quarters for most of the staff. Roughly 200.000 people are in the draw radius of the Hospital and all difficult cases from the area get transfered here.
And the place is superb! From the outstanding tool and spare part situation, over the quality of the facilaties.
We share our Guest House with Guido from Germany he is here for four weeks to sort out some materials in the operation theater. Good guys, great stories, very talkative. Keeps you very well from writing these things ^^ so more tomorrow!
